This work became personal when my daughter became sick from a mold-affected home. That experience pushed me to dive deeper into building science—understanding how to create homes that are not just beautiful, but truly healthy and durable.

Build Agreement & Project Start
If we move forward together, we’ll finalize the construction agreement and begin your build.
